2. Scope of Services

Sinerji Personnel provides international staffing, visa consulting, and official Turkish Ministry of Labor (ÇSGB) work permit filing services in full accordance with Turkish Labor and International Workforce Laws.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Client enterprises must furnish accurate corporate documentation, social security records, and legitimate wage declarations for all work permit applications.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bodrum Courts and Enforcement Offices.
